Direct K9 Weekender 2-4 October 2026
There is plenty happening for dog owners this weekend, particularly in Melbourne and Brisbane. Melbourne has social walks, pet-friendly markets, a council pet day and a full calendar of dog sport. Brisbane’s early risers have markets in almost every direction, while the competition program covers conformation, obedience, rally and tricks. Adelaide is quieter socially, but there is a solid weekend of scent work, agility, obedience and conformation.
Every event below was checked against an original organiser, venue or governing-body source at the time of publication.
Competition events are generally intended for entered dogs. Only bring a pet dog as a spectator if the organiser confirms it is permitted.
