Terms of Service – The Puppy Pathway

Description of the Service

The Puppy Pathway is an online training programme that provides information to support subscribers on raising a confident and happy dog. The programme covers fundamental techniques in areas such as socialisation, basic obedience, and behaviour management. All course content, including videos and written notes, is available exclusively online. The course is entirely self-guided and is not linked to any other service or one-on-one support.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are inclusive of GST.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed and processed at checkout.
• The subscription is valid for 12 months. After this period, the subscription will automatically lapse, and access to the course will no longer be available.
• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Access and Usage

• Subscribers will have access to the course for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Sharing login details, copying, distributing, or reselling the course content is strictly prohibited.
• All course materials remain the intellectual property of Direct K9 Services PTY LTD. Enrolling in the course does not grant ownership of any part of the programme.
• The course is not intended for public display, redistribution, or use beyond personal educational purposes.

Responsibility and Disclaimers

• Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that their puppy or dog is suitable for the training methods provided in the course.
• Training results may vary depending on the individual dog’s temperament, the consistency and accuracy of the subscribers interpretation of the lessons and information, ability of the subscriber to perform the practical elements, and other factors beyond our control.
• The advice provided in the course is general in nature, intended for educational purposes only, and does not constitute professional medical or veterinary advice.
• Direct K9 Services PTY LTD is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the course content.

Termination of Access

Direct K9 Services PTY LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the course if any terms of this agreement are breached. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and no further access will be granted.

Updates to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the course after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
